Before an Engagement Starts
Preparation, timelines, pricing, and how our team works with yours.
What do we need to prepare to get started?
A short description of the systems or applications in scope, the goal or compliance requirement behind the project, and a point of contact on your side. We sign an NDA before any technical details are shared, then run a scoping session to confirm scope, timeline, and quote.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope. A focused module or integration can take around 2 weeks, while a new system, an infrastructure rollout, or a security assessment usually runs several weeks to a few months. Ongoing work such as maintenance or periodic testing can also run on a recurring schedule. You receive a milestone timeline after the scoping session.
How is pricing structured?
Each engagement is quoted individually after scoping, based on the number of applications, assets, or modules in scope, the depth of testing or development, and the delivery timeline. The quote lists deliverables and milestones up front.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Most work runs remotely under NDA. For environments that cannot be reached from outside, such as internal networks, on-site work can be arranged during scoping.
